Eloise was admitted to practice in February 2014 after completing a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from the University of Queensland.
Following Eloise’s admission, she gained broad litigation experience at a large commercial firm before following her passion for family law in 2016.
Eloise’s family law experience covers property settlements, financial agreements, parenting arrangements and de-facto and same sex relationship breakdowns.
Eloise has recently completed her Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) in 2020 and was awarded the Highest Distinction for her final two subjects.
Eloise provides pragmatic and sensible advice to clients and is focussed on empowering clients to make informed decisions about their future. Eloise aims to deliver the best possible outcomes for her clients in a practical and cost-effective manner.
Eloise also volunteers her time as a mentor at Out for Australia Mentorship program.
